Welcome to Pole Sinsations Fitness & Dance Studio!
For those of you who recently purchased Groupon, please follow the instructions below to register for classes. Please note that space is limited, so signup early to guarantee your spot. We require you cancel 4 hours prior to class or your class credit will be lost. No Exceptions. If you're new to pole dance, only sign up for Intro to Pole or an All Levels Class.
To get started we recommend you take the following steps.
1) Create a Mindbody account for each voucher holder here

- First/Last Name
- Phone Number
- Groupon ID #
- Groupon Redemption (Bar Code)#
3)Your account will be activated within 48 hours after you email us and you can start registering for classes.
It is mandatory that you bring the Groupon Voucher to your first class to complete registration.
Please review the FAQ's on our website for information about location, what to wear, etc. Also, download and complete the Pole Sinsations Waiver Form and bring to class.
Due to high call volume, we can not sign you up for classes by phone, so please follow the instructions above.
The Groupon coupon sold on October 13, 2011 will expire on April 15, 2012. No exceptions. Limit 1 per person. Limit 1 per visit. Classes can not be shared or transferred. 4 hour Cancellation notice is required or credit will be lost.
