Pole Fitness for Beginners
In between a warm up and cool down, you will learn all the basic pole moves, including floorwork, spins, and routines.

Pole Fitness for Intermediate/Advanced
In between a warm up and cool down, you will learn all the intermediate to advanced pole tricks, including inversions, spins, and routines.
Tuesday, 8:30p-9:30p
Sunday, 3:00p-4:00p (Cancelled on July 6th)
Pole Play - Open Practice for current or experienced students (Minimum of 4 participants required) Show off your signature moves and practice on your own.
Saturday, July 19th -Event (Call for more info)

Chair/Lap Dance - All Levels In between a warm up and cool down, you will learn sexy floor moves and a hot lap/chair dance routine. It's empowering, playful, addictive, and requires no prior dance experience.

Video Vixen - Cardio Striptease for All levels. This class is high energy, so leave your sexy heels at home and wear comfortable gym attire. (Minimum of 4 participants required, so please call or email before class.)
Thursday, 8:30p-9:30p (Free trial class on July 10th; cancelled July 3rd)
Privates-$80 per hour
What to Wear
Preferably shorts and tank top, yoga pants if you feel more comfortable 4-6 inch exotic heels (optional)
Please do not wear oils, lotions, or jewelry.
